Kingston Chess Classic 2026

by James Briant

Our 2026 Kingston Chess Classic was an amazing yet sorrowful tournament this year.

One of our best coaches, players and organizers in the Kingborough Region, Chris Shepherd, had recently passed away and we were so excited to name the winner of this Championship in his honor.

So glad to have over 70 people come in for a day of chess and celebrating Chris!
